Last week, we flew to Southern California for Coley's graduation from USC. It was a fast and furious trip, so we were determined to make the most of our time there. After a very late night flight, we slept in and then spent the rest of our first day at the beach. As we left the beach, Abby exclaimed, "This is the BEST day ever!"
Michael was ready to hit the waves as soon as his feet his the floor that morning.
Emma was content to just play with her toys at the hotel.
It was a bit cool and windy at the beach. As long as Emma was snuggled up in the towel with Mama, she was fine. She was very interested in the change of scenery.
Coley played in the water with Michael and Abby.
Michael had absolutely no fear of the ocean. He wanted Coley to let go of him in the water.

What a great way to start our California vacation!
I miss the ocean!
